Biography

Associate Attorney Greyson Oswalt-Smith is a native of Rome, Georgia, and has made Cartersville his home shortly before joining the Firm. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kennesaw State, then moved on to receive his Juris Doctor Degree from Florida State University's College of Law. While in law school, Greyson exhibited his trial skills by victoriously taking FSU's trial team to National competitions. Further, Greyson's excellent legal research and writing skills were displayed as Staff Editor for the Florida State University's Law Review.  

 While pursuing his education, Greyson served as an Intelligence Analyst and Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army Reserves for six years. Accordingly, Greyson demonstrates a high level of strategy when preparing and handling client's cases. He has gained valuable trial experience from his internships and previous experience at firms in the area of criminal defense by working through all phases of client's cases and comes to Cansino Blanchette Law with an excellent reputation for achieving results.  

 Greyson enjoys staying physically active and spending as much time as he can outdoors. When not outdoors, he enjoys reading about history and spending time with family and friends.  

 Attorney Oswalt-Smith focuses his practice on DUI defense, drug charges, and serious felonies, but is well equipped to handle all criminal law related matters big and small.
